Hi, I'm Claire,
I have been starting, growing and scaling thriving businesses for over 28 years!
When I had my little girl in 2015 I decided to do what felt *really* scary, and I changed my career and closed my largest most successful company after 24 years to train as a coach and go all in on my coaching and mentoring business!
I felt so driven to use my experience as a successful business owner combined with my coaching skills, to help more women grow thriving businesses they loved, with more freedom, flexibility and the peace of mind that they had their own independence and security especially for those that are mothers.
But it wasn't plain sailing!
Although I had a lot experience, and I was certain I could really help people grow their dream business.
Selling my new services online and getting clients wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be!
I felt so overwhelmed by all of the places I could market. I had massive imposter syndrome despite being one of the only coaches who had actual lived experience running a business, I still compared myself. I felt too old, not pretty enough and because I wasn't academic I thought people would laugh at me.
I remember spending hours and hours creating content, only to hit post and be lucky to get one new follower!
Online lead generation was a whole new ball game to master with strategies that felt like they were for a completely different generation.
Then I learned I had been missing the most powerful pieces, that when I FOUND and used them content creation began to feel easy,(even fun!) take me less time, and generate me leads and clients, and within 10 weeks I had a fully booked business that allowed me to be at home more with my young daughter, take her and collect her from school and do what lit me up!
